Loved the waterslides, just wish they were open a bit more (same with beach access/pool, can't swim at night). Internet can be very slow. Staff was super friendly and buffet had good food variety. Had a wonderful couple's vacation there.

There is no way this was a 5 star hotel. Room and the whole hotel needs renovation. Broken furniture, and neglected areas were obvious. The reception and some staff were rude. One staff asked for more tip! The food was less than average, stale and the 24 hour cafeteria was a joke with leftover food. Won't go there again.

Obwohl die ganze Hotelanlage schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, wird sie sehr gut gepflegt und laufend renoviert. Die Poolanlage war sauber, die Zimmer waren sauber, das ganze Hotel war Blitzeblank. Selbst der Strandabschnitt war eines der saubersten in der Umgebung. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, fast jeder Mitarbeiter deutschsprachig. Die Gartenanlage ist grün, die Katzen sind kastriert und in jedem Abschnitt gibt es Personal, was innen und außen alles in Ordnung hält über den ganzen Tag. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und ist auch im Überfluss da. Natürlich wiederholt es sich wöchentlich aber das tut es zu Hause auch 😅 Der Strandabschnitt ist fußläufig oder mit Mini-Shuttleservice jede zweite Minute erreichbar. Es sind genug Liegen da, es ist Sonne und Schatten möglich. Der Strand ist steinfrei, müllfrei und schön sandig. Hier kann man auch das Mittagessen genießen und Getränke zu sich nehmen. Das ganze Hotel und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr kinderfreundlich. Es gibt Mitarbeiter für den Kinderclub es gibt jeden Tag Aufführungen im Theater und DJ- oder Livemusik. Es gibt am Strand und am Pool verschiedenste Sport-Animationen. Gegenüber dem Hotel gibt es einen Supermarkt und einen großen Basar, der zum shoppen einlädt. In die Stadt Side kommt man mit dem Minibus für 2,- Euro, der alle 3-5 Minuten fährt.

Hotellet var for barnefamilier. Der unger fikk regjere overalt i inkludert poolbar mm. Bør stå under beskrivelsen. Å ikke kunne ta seg en dukkert uten å bli hoppa på eller få spise i fred. Var overhodet ikke verdt pengene.

Sehr Zentral gelegen, sehr freundliches Personal, Gutes abwechslungsreiches essen. Die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen, die Möbel sind zum Teil schon gebrechlich. Extrem Laute Animation tagsüber am Pool sowie am Abend noch extremer. Warum so laut? Immer die selben Lieder und das schon seit Jahren. Der Bereich am Strand ist wiederum sehr schön und jeden Morgen sauber gemacht worden. Das macht nicht jedes Hotel am Ort. Die Mittagsküche am Strand ist sehr gut.
