Nice people and staff Meals are very good but could be more variation Only 2-3 bar keeper can make good cocktails. Other not really. Beach is great Not flexible for late Check out: 2 rooms for 100€ until 18:30 refused by the guys at the reception... so we paid 60€ for only one and the other room stayed empty ... so they missed to make 40€ more revenue Sticking to: not negotiable... Overall good experience and good place

Fresh orange juice is 2 euro extra, even We had ultra all inclusive, but fresh juice is for money which is ridiculous

Ingesamt sehr zufrieden und angenehm, nur etwas viele Liegen am Pool - sehr voll und beim Essen hat wirklich die Proaktivität des Personal gefehlt um nach Getränken zu fragen. Sonst war alles super!

Die Lage und der Strand sind top. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich. Es war alles sauber. Auch die Toiletten am Strand wurden regelmäßig sauber gemacht. Waren im Oktober dort. Leider waren die Pools viel zu kalt. Meine Tochter hatte sich so auf die Rutschen gefreut, aber das Wasser war zu kalt. Im Meer konnten wir baden. Das Essen war okay. Es gab zu viel Auswahl. Qualität statt Quantität würde ich mir wünschen. Die Speisen waren teilweise kalt und viele Fleischsorten zäh. Die Animation war super. Meine Tochter ist gerne in den Mini-Club gegangen und hat die Mini-Disco am Abend mitgemacht. Hervorheben möchte ich Mehmet (Helmut), der es lustig gestaltet hat.

Otelin konumu, temizliği mükemmel. Hizmet kalitesi fena değil. Otelde azınlık da yer alan yerli müşterilerden biri olarak ve ilk defa tercih ettiğim otelin yetkililerinden farklı sürprizler(otelin dolu olmaması nedeniyle deniz manzaralı bir oda jesti yapılabilirdi) bekledim.

The AC was not working most of our stay it was very hut in the hallway and dinning room . We had to ask every day for them to clean the room. For the price we paid they did not have any thing to do in the evening .

#### Wunderschöner Urlaub

Es war ein wirklich wunderschöner Urlaub! Nicht billig, aber jeden Rappen wert! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut. Das Zimmer war schön gross, sehr bequemes Bett und die beste Dusche. Poolbereich war auch toll. Der direkte Strandzugang war der Hammer! Einer der schönsten Sandstrände von Side. Die ganze Hotelanlage hat uns super angesprochen und das Essen war immer lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage war auch hervorragend. Nur zu empfehlen!

#### Tolles Hotel dirket am Strand

Vom ersten Moment an gefiel es uns im Verbena Beach Hotel, da man gleich spürt, dass dort eine sehr angenehme, freundliche Atmosphäre vorherrscht. Es ist nobel, aber weder steif noch steril. Es hat ganzjährig geöffnet. Die Anlage ist sehr, sehr schön. Abends machen sich alle schick für das Abendessen (Sneakers werden nicht gerne gesehen, aber niemand sagt etwas). Dass Personal ist mega freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Kids Club ist klein, aber als wir da waren, waren nur eine Handvoll Kinder anwesend. Betreuung war sehr nett und auch sie sprechen deutsch, wie alle Angestellten. Man freut sich über Trinkgeld (1-2€), aber wenn man bspw an der Strandbar nichts dabei hat, wird einem das keineswegs verübelt. Wir konnten sehr gut abschalten.

Spenderade en vecka här i slutet av mars. Väldigt bra läge precis vid stranden och cirka 10 minuter med taxi eller buss till side centrum. Stort och rymligt i såväl rummen som sällskapsytorna på hotellet. Sämre: Dålig wi-fi uppkoppling på rummen och liten variation av maten i restaurangen vissa kvällar.
