He stressed it was a seasonal operation and they were shutting down at the end of October. It was a cool night 3C. The room was cold and we had to crank up the baseboard heater to full to get it warm enough. The bathroom was ice cold. Could not take a shower as the floors were too cold. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helped us get checked in quickly. Only downside was that a family with lots of kids had rented the 2 rooms beside ours and clearly had the adjoining door open between them because their kids were running back and forth like a herd of elephants which shook our whole room; I could even feel the shaking while I was laying in bed! And I was also charged $20.00 for an extra guest which was not provided for. He also helped us with our trip away. We wanted to go to Kingston and he recommended that we take Hwy 2 because it would take us right downtown Kingston.
