The Brooks Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful one night stay at The Brooks Hotel on our way to ride the Route of the Hiawatha the next morning. It is definitely an older hotel and the furnishing are not modern. However, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were very accommodating and nice. We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour drink in the lounge and had a delicious hearty breakfast in the restaurant the next morning. I would definitely stay here again."

Historic High School - Stays and events close to skiing, golf, fishing, hunting!

10/10 Excellent
"Our family of 12 had a really fun time staying at the old school house! It was very comfortable for all of us. The only thing I wished that I had planned ahead better for was the lack of an oven in the kitchen. There was a working hot plate with two burners, however the electric skillet did not have a power cord anywhere that we could find. There was a crock pot in the cupboard, but I never did verify if that worked or not. There was also a working toaster and microwave available. There were lots of folding outdoor tables and chairs that we appreciated the use of so we could eat in the backyard with our local family members. The location was ideal for spending time up on the river as well. Overall, it's a really cool historic building, a comfortable place for a large family or group, and we would definitely stay there again in the future! Thank you!"

Creekside Cabin near Lake Coeur d'Alene | Pet-friendly retreat

10/10 Excellent
"My sister's and I brought our 3 families out for a vacation together. We were thrilled once we got to the property... it had plenty of space for ALL of us. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was stocked, there were VHS tapes to watch, the remodeled spaces were very nice, the creek was great to explore, we were able to do laundry, and best of all... we had the perfect spaces to gather and have fun together. It meant so much to have all the cousins and Aunts and Uncles together. This was definitely the start of an annual family trip!We loved this property and appreciated all the amenities. We were so comfortable here... it actually started a conversation about the "what ifs" of what it would be like if we all just stayed and lived here!"
