Friendly staff, clean, neat and tidy lobby and room. Unfortunately the hinges on our bathroom door were so creaky that they woke the dead in the nearby cemetery. I asked the front desk for some WD-40, but unfortunately they had nothing to offer, so some of the complementary shampoo did the trick.

Beds were not comfortable, pillows weren’t great, nice bathroom towels, staff were nice. Easy parking. Pullman is very quiet when WSU is on summer break.
