Apartment was clean and spacious. Communication however is terrible. I sent messages to the property on two separate occasions but they didn’t bother to get back to me. They didn’t send pre-check link either so I had to call a few hours before I was due to check in and they sent the link.

The room was very clean, well decorated and contained a fridge and safe. (Only thing missing was a desk/dressing table). The staff were all polite and helpful and the spa facilities excellent. We’ll be back.

Brilliant location. The Deputy Manager was very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was self serve and was delicious and plentiful. Parking outside the hotel is avaliable for 4 hours max during certain times (pay at meter), however you can purchase a 24 hour permit from Reception for £6. We'd definitely ...
