In a very quiet but central position in this picturesque village in the South Hams, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. All modern facilities and furnishings are to a very high standard, including central heating and hot water. Good sized safe garden, mostly lawn, which is dog-proof. Faces south from sun-trap terrace across fields and wetlands (preserved wild life sanctuary) with views to golf course, sea, and Bolt Tail (National Trust). 5 minutes walk to the beaches, coves, golf course, tennis courts, village shop / post office, pub, bird-watching. The house was very comfortable & well equipped with fabulous views across the golf course to the sea. It suited our family group well & we enjoyed glorious weather and marvellous coastal path walks. The younger members of the family group loved the surfing at Bantham beach. Highly recommend the house & its location. ##### Sue M. It is located down a narrow lane used by walkers but virtually no other vehicles (plenty of room for our Discovery). 4 good sized bedrooms, including spacious master, 3 with comfortable zip and link 6ft beds and 1 smaller room with bunks and a single. Open fire in lounge, and comfortable if slightly dated lounge furniture, but all fine for us. Well-equipped home, light and airy and really close to the beach and the village. Excellent golf course just across the road. Really suited us for a short break over New Year with our adult children and grandson.
