If you're ever in Hanoi I really recommend using Insider Journeys to do a dawn bike ride to the Hanoi Flower Market. Super colorful and interesting plus it's fun to be out on a bike before the roads get too manic. We also rode past the lake to watch the locals doing their morning aerobics.
