It's across the street from a park and has wonderful views. Across the street is an affordable place to rent a surf board for the day. Excellent food trucks next to and behind the condo building. We loved the spacious interior, the amazingly comfy bed and best of all the huge balcony with views of Kalama Park and the ocean. The lace was fully stocked with beach amenities and we really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift of snacks and necklaces. The property is close to everything (restaurants, shopping, etc) but the best part is that I was close to the food truck gardens which was the coolest experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Island Surf complex. The amenities were fantastic and it had everything we needed for the beach (coolers, beach towels). The AC was fully functioning.
