Top quality remodel in 2015 with granite counter, custom kitchen and bathroom vanities. Enjoy the garden view and all the amenities of the highly acclaimed Maui Sunset resort, including swimming pool, gas BBQ grills, free internet, elevator and free parking. 1032 S. Kihei Rd B201, Kihei HI 96753 Each bedroom features a king bed, air conditioning and TV/DVD player. There’s also a queen wall bed; much more comfortable than a sofa bed. This end unit, B201, features a garden view lanai and a smaller lanai off the master bedroom with a mountain view. The condo is complete with washer/dryer, ironing boards and all the kitchen appliances and amenities. Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are provided for your beach excursions. Relax with morning coffee on the lanai, enjoying the meticulously manicured tropical gardens. The beach is just steps away for nice walks and beautiful sunsets. If you stay 14 or more days during Peak or High season we will provide cleaning service once a week. He checked in with me after we arrived at the condo, post a bad storm, and before our trip, he was very engaged and friendly. We live in NE Ohio and this was a great place to get out of the cold weather. We grilled several times and were pleased to see that the grills were completely cleaned every morning. I think this is the 3rd or 4th time staying at one of Darrick’s condos and he does not disappoint. Not only is a beautiful condo, great area but he’s gone out of his way to pay attention to the little things. So often with these condos you have the bare minimum and that’s it. Never enough for a full weeks stay or more. Here is soft towels, loads of amenities needed in day to day life, even curling items, female products and much more. The place is clean and welcoming. This was our first VRBO rental and he made the experience smooth and definitely a "do again" experience. The condo was very comfortable and fully equipped. We found if it wasn't in the condo, we didn't need it. Darrick called to check in within us the first couple days and then called the last day of our trip to say he was on the island. Later he stopped by to make introductions in person which made it very personal. Maui Sunset was conveniently located to everything we needed. It was very clean and the lawn was "golf course" quality. The complex was quiet, even during busy evening times. This it definitely a place to come back to. ##### Dwight O. We had a two-week stay with three adults and two young children and were very happy with this condo. There was lots of room for everyone, great space for the kids to play, and we even found the fold-out bed to be remarkably comfortable. The place was immaculate, and well stocked with dishes/utensils, household products (e.g. cleaning products, tissue, etc.), and beach necessities (e.g. towels, chairs, cooler, etc.) We loved the view from the lanai, the gorgeous yard, and the easy access to the beach - particularly for the amazing sunsets! Travelling with kids, it was great to have access to the large pool and hot tub, and we also made use of the on-site concierge for booking some great activities. Darrick was very accommodating in working with us on our arrival timing, and was always quick to respond. Our only minor complaint was that there was a fair bit of street noise while sitting on the lanai in the evenings, but this was much less noticeable during the day, and not at all bothersome inside of the condo, which was very quiet. We'd definitely love to stay here again next time we're in Maui and will be sure to recommend it to friends as well! ##### Martin R. It was very stressful and ruined our plans for the day. My husband bailed water into the toilet until a plumber came. It was 3 hours of plumbers and strangers coming in and out of condo. We were not allowed to use any water in condo during this time. We would have liked more timely communication from the owner after the flooding. We never felt like we could safely leave anything on or near the floor again during our stay. We were refunded one day’s worth of the charges for condo. ##### Heather S. It was so nice to have the Murphy bed in the living room so my adult son didn't have to sleep on the couch. The extra lanai in the main bedroom was extremely convenient for drying our wet swimwear and towels. The owner was very accommodating and communicated extremely well. Kids loved the pool and activities offered like shuffleboard, bocce ball and tennis. Beach best suited for paddleboarding. Very shallow and rocky.
