The 2 bedrooms: Master has a cal king bed and the second has a queen bed and we've spared no expense to make sure our guests feel at home. The master bedroom has its own flat screen television as well as a remote to control your fan and light. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub should you want to relax after a tough day at the beach! The second bedroom also has a flat screen tv as well as a remote for the fan and light. Just off the second bedroom is the walk in shower with glass tiled walls and natural black pebble stone floor. A fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, and all stainless steel appliances are at your disposal. The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa which gives us the opportunity to make room for up to 6 guests. It also includes a large flat screen television with Bose sound bar. A nice breeze runs thru the place most of the day, so go sit out on the lanai and enjoy the scenery. But should it get hot and humid, you can simply turn on the air conditioning, which is available in all of the rooms and is individually adjustable. The condo is centrally located in Kihei, so almost everything is within a short walking distance. The condo was exactly as advertised, a perfect home base for our family of 5 as we explored Maui. The air conditioner works really well and didn’t take long to cool the entire unit. The check in process was seamless and we contacted on our first day by the management company to make sure we had everything we needed. The only star I docked was for the hot tub at the Pacific Shores building complex, it clearly hasn’t been working for some time and shows no effort to get it working again! But for us, only a minor inconvenience. The unit had all the little extras you would hope for - a pretty much fully outfitted kitchen, blow dryers, beach chairs and umbrellas, extra bedding, etc. it was everything we needed and was a perfect place to sit on the balcony in the morning listening to the roosters crow. It accommodated all of us well and was very close to Charley Young beach. They also provided beach chairs, umbrellas which was very helpful. The owner even allowed us to check in well before check in and we were really grateful about that. The only small issue we had was that the floors were really dirty, and we ended up cleaning them ourselves as they left dirt marks on the soles of our feet. Once we cleaned the floors, our stay was great, we all slept well and everything else seemed clean. ##### Caleb G. Just as our prior visit, this stay met all expectations. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and it had everything needed for a fun day at the beach. Though the ceiling fans were enough to keep the condo pleasant, the option to turn on the AC in the bedrooms to quickly cool them was nice. While our kids liked playing at Kamaole Beach Park I (a 5 minute walk away), they loved the complex's pool, which was clean and well maintained. After long days in the sun, we spent lazy evenings at the condo where we enjoyed playing the provided board and card games. Communications with Mike were easy and he responded promptly each time. A short walk to Kam beaches and Charlie young. Inside of property was great. Mini-splits in all rooms for excellent climate control. Plenty of beach equipment, but no life jackets for the kids, so you’ll need to rent these as well as proper fitting snorkeling equipment, but otherwise all beach necessities included. Our family of 5 slept 2 in each bedroom, then one on the living room sleeper sofa. It is well stocked with everything you need to make your stay wonderful. We met family and friends also staying in the same complex and our unit became the gathering place for group meals because it was the nicest. I felt it was a very good value. ##### Susie A. This was our first trip to Maui and wanted a comfortable home base from which to explore the island. This was exactly what we needed!! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed! Beach chairs and gear all provided for our beach days, and easily accessible to the highway for our hiking days. And we fell in love with Kihei!! Such a fun beach life vibe— get up early to run in the beach path, walk to coffee, and be on the go by 9! We would definitely stay here again! The pool looked nice— but my family didn’t use. The only thing I wished I had was a little bigger balcony for morning coffee, but it wasn’t a big deal. And we really liked the big granite island for our late night UNO tournaments! (Family of 5, three teens) ##### Beth K. So awesome to be back on Maui. The property was fantastic! The condo was clean, comfortable, had a great location right across from Charlie Young Beach, great pool, overall just a great time. If you like to cook, and we do, the kitchen was the best equipped we've ever seen on vacation. We created some great meals but there are superb restaurants within walking distance as well. The condo is in great shape and has everything you need for home and beach. The location is centrally located in Kihei and lots of places within walking distance. Charley Young Beach is directly across the road. The host communicated with me start to finish. I would recommend staying at Mike's and would be happy to stay there again. ##### William D. An amazing home located in one of the best launching points for Maui adventure. My family of six absolutely loved our stay and we cannot wait to return. Mike communicates early, clearly, and often and the house was just as advertised. Even better, it is stocked with items that make a Hawaiian vacation even better--boogie boards, beach umbrella, snorkels, etc., Moreover, the complex's pool is very well maintained and the location of this complex cannot be beat.
