The room furniture was dusty since day one. House keeping went and still didn't wipe it down. My wife got a rash from the sheets. The bathroom sink smelled like feces.

The room was in good condition. BUT the mattress is WAY too hard!! I had to try to sleep on my stomach or back each night, it was much too hard for my hips and side. Also, we had no dirty laundry bag and 2 way to soft pillows we needed a couple more. The cleaning people didn’t come daily even though I made sure to take the do not disturb sign off each morning. We didn ’t have clean towels to dry off with.

The hotel is brand new (furniture, mattresses, linens, bathroom appliances), the staff went out of their way to make my stay perfect, and the breakfast is spectacular with several homemade delicacies.
