We traveled with our 7 month old and 4 year old. The living room was so big we had a full size crib and pull out sofa opened at all times. It has a large bath tub, fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer!! The only downside is the doors to the bedroom and bathroom areas are slatted so it doesn’t do much to block out sound. Also they do not provide washrags and we found this out as I checked my email on the flight down so that was inconvenient. Points forts : emplacement idéal pour Miami Beach "South", services de l'hôtel (2 piscines, restauration, mise à disposition vélos,...), chambres propres et correctes (nous étions au 5eme côté nord avec vue partielle mer - peu ou pas de bruit) Si vous avez une voiture, inutile de prendre leur parking + valet. Il y a un parking public à 1 min à pied sur la 7eme à 20$ par jour. La voiture peut y rester jusqu'à 21 jours. Points à améliorer : SDB est un peu spartiate, service du petit déjeuner est très lent et pas toujours très efficace (sur le dernier jour, ils nous ont offert une compensation pour quelques désagréments : long > à 45min, assiette du petit déjeuner continental incomplète et il a fallu faire remarquer qu'on avait été "oublié", en période froide, 10° la nuit, il a fallu réclamer une couverture." Le seul point positif de cet établissement est son emplacement, qui permet de rejoindre Ocean Drive facilement à pied ou à vélo, ce qui est appréciable. Pour le reste, l’expérience a été très en dessous de nos attentes : Propreté insuffisante : à notre arrivée, nous avons dû nettoyer nous-mêmes la salle de bain, la kitchenette ainsi que les chaises et la table du balcon. Ce n’est clairement pas acceptable pour une chambre censée être prête à accueillir des clients. Chambre très vieillissante : la douche semble dater d’une autre époque, le matelas est fatigué et inconfortable, et l’éclairage de la pièce principale était hors service. Un technicien est venu constater le problème, mais uniquement pour nous dire qu’il ne pouvait rien faire. Personnel : ni particulièrement aimable ni franchement désagréable, mais surtout peu concerné par les problèmes rencontrés et sans réelle proposition de solution. Nous avons également eu le sentiment qu’il existe une différence de traitement entre les chambres attribuées via des plateformes comme Expedia et celles réservées en direct, ces dernières semblant visiblement rénovées. En résumé, hormis l’emplacement, cet établissement ne tient pas ses promesses en termes de confort et d’entretien, et nous ne le recommanderions pas en l’état."
