Forfaits vacances – Kettle Falls

Grande chambre.

Called twice before booking to confirm their pool was open. They confirm via phone yes tell oct 24th. Asked Expedia the same thing before booking. They gave me the same answer.. after arriving the kids and I went to go down to the pool and they have it closed…. Manger told me he had called and told them it closed at the 14th of last month. I then told him you staff told me the same thing.. he said it was probably some booking company that gets the calls. Also the elevator sounded horrible on the pool floor level you could smell the motors burning or belts whatever it is, And all the guy said at the front was we know there’s not much we can do it’s a weekend.. the pool thing is most upsetting.
