The property is set over two floors, with both comfortable bedrooms and family bathroom on the ground floor, and with the kitchen and open plan living area on the first floor.  
  
This wonderful holiday home is ideally situated just off Main Street in the centre of Keswick, offering local shops, pubs and restaurants all within an easy level walk from the doorstep. Here you are are also conveniently located close by to many of the local tourist attractions, including the ’Theatre by the Lake’ and Derwent Water boat landings, perfect for a day out on the water enjoying the surrounding scenery. Enjoy endless opportunities to discover all that this wonderful area of the Lake District National Park has to offer from the low fells and to the more challenging summits of Skiddaw and Blencatha. This really is a walkers retreat, and you’ll find yourself returning time again to don your walking boots once more!

#### We’ve stayed in many cottages around the Lake District and this one is by far the best.

We’ve stayed in many cottages around the Lake District and this one is by far the best. Extremely comfortable (although we weren’t keen on the bed) and a great place to be after a long day walking. The parking space is really useful as parking in Keswick is expensive, the location is perfect We wanted to stay longer but sadly it was booked the week after
