« Well this hotel was quite a find, as was the town of Rockford. Wow, we had a great stay and the staff were amazingly helpful. The White Pine bike trail is about a block away. Beautiful trail. We only rode it about 26 miles, but what a gem to have in your town! Great hotel and we met friendly, happy people wherever we went. »

« I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. « The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean and nice. Location was great. We would stay again. My only issue was the way the building is set, with its entrance in a gated garage, its confusing how to enter for check in. There is nothing posted to help point you in the right direction. »

« This isn't a 3-star hotel. Seriously understaffed, so the one guy who does work at the desk is not very friendly. I got five packs of decaffeinated coffee in my room, no regular, and when I asked for it, I had to go to the lobby and he handed me two packs (I was staying two nights). They don't have a single extra pillow. No breakfast of any kind, the restaurant is supposedly temporarily closed, but it looks like it has been closed for at least 6 months. »

« We had a great stay at Holiday Inn this weekend. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in Friday afternoon. There was a gentleman at the front desk who made check-in smooth and pleasant, though unfortunately I forgot his name. A special thank you to Madison in the food service area Saturday morning. « The room was clean but the shower did not drain so we were standing in ankle deep water. Towels were super soft, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. »
