"Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Room had plenty of space for the four of us. Picked this for the indoor pool and kids ended up not using it, lol. Breakfast was typical hotel-type breakfast but there were several options and staff kept things stocked. Breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. Was a good location for our overnight to the Newport Aquarium. Would stay here again."

"The beakfast was fresh, A/C worked fine........unfortunately there was a period of about 4 hours w/o water. I was not in my room when the front desk tried to reach me and there was no phone message or even a note slipped under the door. I stayed at this same hotel last July (first floor) and thought it was excellent.......This time I was put into a well worn handicap room (NOT requested) on the third floor. It was not as clean or as well taken care of.......If someone is NOT handicapped, it is rather awkward to deal with low towel racks etc. I'm inclined not to go back.....there are plenty of choices in that area."

"Small bed and shower"

"New Richmond looks like a ghost town, but it has an excellent coffee shop right next to our bldg. the place was quiet & the apartment is clean & comfortable & sharp looking. The bathroom is in major need of a remodel, especially the shower. Otherwise the place was perfect for our needs & was easy to get to Cincinnati too."

"We loved staying here. We were in town for a trail race I was doing, and this space was perfect for myself, my husband, our two teenage boys, my mom, and our dog. It felt huge and had plenty of space for us. (You could fit about 9 of our bathrooms into 1 of these.) Ed thought of everything. It was very clean, which is my no. 1 thing! We got to meet Ed during the Christmas festivities New Richmond was doing that weekend, and he was so kind and helpful (and his dog is cute, too!). I am thinking of coming back with some friends for a weekend getaway. "
