"By far the best part was location. If you can handle a 12 minute walk to "Newport on the levee" it's ideal. Free parking was a plus. Plenty of indoor/outdoor parking. Directly across street is a Party Source store. An alcohol jackpot store! Also have a seafood restaurant directly behind on river side. A 3 minute walk to Cancun mexican restaurant on the river as well. If you Uber to levee, looking at a $12 ride for a 5 minute ride. Only downside, no bar in hotel. "

"The hotel is ok, but this is very very far from the advertised 4 star rating. A bit misleading, but the hotel is in a good location."

"The room lights were dim and the toilet was poor quality and old, had to hold the handle down for it to flush. "

"The lobby level coffee shop was okay. The coffee was good, but the danish was food service cheap, not impressed. McCormick and Schmicks Restaurant had a very good waiter but subpar food and drinks. A good deal of money wasted. The tuna was dry, filet was under cooked and my White Russian had coagulated Cream in it."

"If you’re lookin to stay in between Findlay market and the baseball stadium, this is a great option. It’s very close to the trolley/tram system and walking distance to the fountain square. The restaurant in the hotel had a decent breakfast buffet for $16."

"The restaurant did not have the wine on the menu and the staff did not know what to do and had no clue what wine was what. The chef called in and they didn’t have a good back up plan. Poor waiter was trying his best and the manager had no clue, but tried. Rooms was super clean!"

"Two out of six elevators were working at checkout. Waited on elevator for 45 minutes and ended up walking down 15 fights of stairs to leave. Wanted to book another night and staff told me to call wouldn’t let me book at desk. Had to circle the hotel several times to finally get to pull to the side to get valet service."
