I do not give it 5 stars because one of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it has an elevator. However the room we were given did not had access to it. The staff helped with our luggage at our arrival and was very friendly so it was not a problem, but was still an inconvenience every time we needed to bring our stroller up and down and also at our departure."
