Cottage in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards

The very bright apartment is located a hundred meters from the communal pool. The neighborhood is very quiet. The forest is very close and conducive to beautiful hikes. The cottage is located on the top floor of a small building of three apartments, including an apartment per floor. Holidaymakers must respect this tranquility .... Finally the cottage is located about one kilometer from the historic center of Kaysersberg, favorite village of the French in 2017.

Gite ideal

Situé légèrement à l'extérieur du village (±10 min à pied), ce gite est idéalement placé. Vaste,chaleureux,bien équipé... un propriétaire disponible et sympathique... tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer un agréable séjour.

Logement très agréable, lumineux, spacieux, propre, bien équipé. Très belle vue (3ème étage). Bien exposé. Facile de se garer. Dialogue très facile avec le propriétaire. Chemin piéton très sympa pour aller au centre ville.

Fêtes de Noël

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, appartement spacieux, bien conçu, literie confortable, il y a tout le nécessaire, places de parking dans la rue à proximité, centre ville à 20mn à pieds par piste cyclable le long du torrent, petite ville très sympa. Hôte arrangeant pour les horaires, petit cadeau à l'arrivée, c'est très appréciable.

Kaysersberg im Goldenen Oktober

Wir hatten 5 schöne sonnige Tage im Oktober in Kaysersberg – eine wunderbare Gegend! Unsere Unterkunft, die wir zu zweit genutzt haben, war geräumig, ruhig gelegen und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Etwas ungewohnt waren für uns die relativ weichen Matratzen. Parken konnten wir kostenfrei in der Anliegerstrasse. Die Kommunikation mit Luc war sympathisch, schnell und verbindlich, die Schlüsselübergabe und -abgabe erfolgte unkompliziert.

Stippvisite im Elsass

Unkomplizierter Kontakt und Einchecken. Lage ist sehr gut um das Elsass zu erkunden. Wohnung war sauber, waren dort aber nur zum Frühstück und zum Schlafen. Küche war gut ausgestattet, haben aber auch wie erwähnt nur gefrühstückt und den Absacker am Abend eingenommen. Unterm Strich...alles Bestens

Schöne Wohnung im Elsass

Luc war ein sehr angehmer Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war groß,hell und hatte alles was man braucht. Wir genossen auch das Frühstück auf dem sonnigen Balkon. Auch unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt! Der Ort ist ideal um wandern zu gehen und natürlich Kaysersberg war sehr nah. Es gibt da auch hervorragende Bäckereien!!! Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt!

Kaysersberg bei Luc

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Kaysersberg. Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche. Was ich aber immer noch nicht verstehe: Wir kommen schon über 40 Jahre nach Frankreich, aber die Betten sind immer noch zu schmal für 2 erwachse Personen. Wir haben die Einzelbetten zusammengeschoben und dann hatten wir eine riesige Besucherritze. Das könnte man ändern. Der Platz in den Zimmern reicht dazu. Alles Andere war war für uns super.

Appartement à l'image de la description. Possibilité de se rendre à pied au centre du village par voix piétonne sympathique (25 mn). Notre séjour y a été très agréable.

Pleasant stay in a quit environment.

Large appartement, suitable for 6 adults. Kitchen well equipped, bathroom good enough. 3e floor, no elevator. Room for bikes available. Supermarket with fresh bread a few minutes away (walking). On walking distance from Kaysersberg, a very nice village, typical Alsace. Beware of closingtimes of restaurants and shops. For this price a very good offer.
