Comfortable beds and nice rooms. Good breakfast on the top floor. Rooms very warm and couldn't be cooled unless windows open. Also couldn't turn off all room lights unless we unplugged the room key card and shut off the room power.

I would’ve given this a 5-star rating, but the food at their restaurant took almost an hour to arrive, which was disappointing and frustrating—especially after a long trip. To make matters worse, no one even acknowledged the delay or apologized for the inconvenience.

We had an incredible stay at Divan Cave House, even though we arrived quite late. The staff were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. Located in the center of the town so it was easy to walk to the shopping and dining areas. The staff was very helpful and assisted with arranging hot balloon ride and tour. We requested earlier breakfast than the schedule due to our flight, they granted without hesitation. Highly recommend.
