Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island. Guests say the bike path along the coast of Kapaa is an incredible experience: beautiful, easy access and leads to the most beautiful beaches and views one might not see by car alone. There are several bike rental shops in Kapaa. A stop light leads you into the resort, with a protected cross walk to allow safe crossing to groceries and shopping. The light will make a left turn very easy when traveling to Lihue, Popui, or to the south side of Kauai. There is a walking/biking path that you can catch on the property and take it along the coast for several miles. The beach is accessible by walking. 4 beach chairs included for going to offsite beaches. Clean beach towel service is offered every day. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable. Appliances all worked, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster. Lanai seating had ample room for our party of 4 adults. There were many families staying at the resort at the same time and noise level was still very low. All in all, we gave it a 5-star rating and would definitely stay here again if we can make it back to Kauai. ##### Brian W. It is in the perfect location if you wish to do things on both sides of the island. We had an absolute blast! I would definitely recommend this resort whether traveling with just a partner or families with kids of any age.
