Beautifully remodeled, 1 bedroom condo with a stunning ocean view. The only thing between you and the beach is the Kauai Coastal Path!

Parfait emplacement

Localisation idéale pour visiter l’Ile. Espaces de vie et vue sur la mer très agréable. Bonne brise assis au balcon et à l’ombre à partir du milieu de la matinée. Lits confortables .

Our stay was wonderful. The view from the patio was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. The location was also very convenient. We were close to the town of Kapaa and enjoyed walking the bike path that runs infront of the condo. We were a short drive from hiking trails and public beaches.

Perfect location to view the ocean and wonderful sunrises! The unit was just as pictured. The kitchen was very well appointed with most everything you would need to prepare meals. Very clean. The bed was comfortable, a bit on the soft side, but very nice. Lots of fun things in the closet-beach towels, tennis racquets, beach chairs, just bring your own sunscreen (reef friendly per Hawaii) and you are set. A few restaurants within walking distance, quite a few are established food trucks. If you want a little more upscale, you will have to drive to those. Grocery store is about a mile away. We were fortunate spy a few whales in the distance - you do need to know what whale activity you're looking for though, and thanks to the binoculars in the unit, we could see a few tail flips. Despite being a private rental, the resort amenities are available to you-pool, tennis courts, putting greens, exercise room and laundry facilities. A convenient change machine near the lobby will get you all the quarters you need to wash and dry. We did have a slight issue with the HVAC system, but the owner and his on-island contact were very prompt, receptive and helpful. All was well. Mahalo! for a really nice stay.

Very very dirty , started in unit the floors were so dirty I moped four times . The whole condo was very dirty even the cabinets were so sticky, door were nasty . Shower was mold. Bed was nasty took the sheets off to wash them and blood stains where on mattress pad . Sheets were thin and balled up . Towel were old and smells moldy. Unit needs a complete clean up . Tile off the walls . Glass on floor kitchen and bathroom. Walls were painted gloss and all over the walls someone touched up all over the unit in flat paint . Nice view . Living room furniture very Hawaiian but when you sit on them you’re on the floor . Looks nice . Host does not respond. Very nasty place . I have pic of all problems I can forward .

I have stayed at that complex many times over the last 20 years and this had to have been the nicest unit, and of course, the most well positioned there. Lovely balcony with the sound of the waves and the shimmer of the sun in the evening The few concerns we had were taken care of immediately

Ocean view was fantastic. Air conditioner didn't work properly after 2 times using it. Called Brenda to tell her about it and she said if might of been the timer was set. We turned the timer off but still didn't work properly. We didn't call her back because we got used to not using it. We did leave her a note stating it should be looked at.I don't think the floors were mopped/swept because there were bugs behind one of the chairs and also found blood spots in the livingroom and bathroom

Beautiful beach view and balcony; the outdoor seating provide a good place to sit and read or take a nap. The air-conditioners and fans are very good once we figure out how to work (had to replace battery in living room fan remote). The living room couch is way too low for us to sit but the two club chairs work out well. All a very enjoyable stay.

We like the location, and the general property had lovely grounds. The unit itself could use some help. The bed which I was told was new in 2023 is in bad shape. Perhaps it is under a mattress warranty as it should be replaced. It has lumps and bumps, sort of like moguls, and we woke up in pain. After 3 nights we could not take it any more so decided to try out the wall bed. It was a little better. We had to use extra blankets for padding as it was quite hard. The unit was very well stocked and particularly enjoyed the access to beach chairs. The sliding glass door does not have a lock. We were thankful it had a safe. The rug to the lanai was quite dirty and it slipped so we had to relocated it. We enjoyed being able to walk to town.

We loved our stay at C305! We would face found it handy to have 2 gate towels each since the laundry is not in the room but rather in the guest floor, but otherwise, it was great! We loved the view, the choice of ac, the Murphy bed. All of it! It was a wonderful trip and memories we will cherish!

Last minute Birthday get a way Winner

While this is an older building, it has been upgraded and has all the comforts. The location is superb, right on the water with walking path, Swimming pool, hot tub. beautiful grounds, and lots of extras to do., Activities abound at the pool, pingpong, games, and covered patio. I even read a really good book supplied by the owner. Has chairs, coolers, towels for pool available. The location is centered in Kapaa and makes it easy to travel to all corners of the Island. The only improvement I can suggest, is fixing the entrance door so it doesnt stick.. Moisture over time has made it warp in one corner. it takes a little extra force to open and is noisy.. Otherwise it was a great place for us to stay and celebrate our birthdays. Laurie & Gary
