When you enter our exquisite property, you leave the mundane tasks of travel and are released into a world of luxury. Upon entering the cool colors of the home’s kitchen and great room, you’ll be provided with all the sophisticated amenities you expect. With a clear view to the pool and mountain slopes beyond, your kitchen duty is enjoyed with a pinch-me smile. Complete with a dedicated coffee station, prep/eat island, and modern appliances, food and drinks are made with ease. Although there is plenty of room at the spacious dining table and sitting area, life on The Big Island is centered on the lanai. Step through sliding glass doors and choose between deep seating and poolside dining, when you’re not in the water. With a deep roof overhang you can enjoy both sunrise light and afternoon shade with stunning views, while keeping a watchful eye on those playing in the sun. Or, if you prefer, take your morning coffee or your evening cocktail to the hot tub for ultimate pampering. Outdoor recessed lighting, chaise lounges, barbecue, and outdoor shower complete your paradise. The Master Suite and Junior Master Suite are accessed from the lanai, and provide convenient quiet refuges for a midday nap, or nighttime slumber. A Queen Guest Room has access to the Hallway Bath, while a Twin Room enjoys its own access right from the front entrance. All private spaces are finely appointed to meet your comfort requirements. Laundry, A/C, garage, and ample driveway parking complete the package. With privacy and convenience matched with a clean, modern aesthetic, Ainamalu Breeze takes you away to another world. • Master bedroom has a king size bed, large en-suite bathroom, direct access to outdoor shower and direct lanai access to backyard. • Second bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and direct lanai access to backyard. • Third bedroom at front of house has a queen size bed and is next to hallway bathroom. • Fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds and a separate entrance with frosted glass french doors. • All bedrooms and living room have flat screen TV's • Beach Gear (Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, Snorkel Sets, Beach Towels) are supplied. Any other items can be rented locally. • Baby gear (Pack n Play, High Chair) are supplied. Any other items can be rented locally. Spa Heating (Included) There is no extra charge to heat the Spa. It is on an “egg timer” and runs for a predetermined amount of time. If it shuts off, you need to turn it on again. Our heaters are heat pumps, and they take longer to heat than a gas heater. It will start to get warm about 30-45 minutes after it is initially turned on. Pool Heating (Extra Charge) If you would like the pool heater to be set it will incur an extra daily. You will need to arrange pool heating with us before your stay. The pool only heats when the pool filters are running 9am - 5pm. Please note, on cloudier and windier days, it can take the pool a long time to heat up. This means, the pool heat will cool overnight and start heating again in the morning. The unheated pool temp is in the high 70's low 80's This home has both Keurig and Drip coffee makers, Pack-n-Play and Booster Seat. We had a small problem with the front door and he fixed it immediately. There was no iron or ironing board when we came in and he provided one that day. All of our communications leading up to our state were excellent. The house is beautiful. We were four couples and we each had our own space. The pool area was spectacular with views of Mauna Kea and surrounding areas. Just a short drive from anything that we needed. Hapuna Beach is nearby and that was spectacular. We made day trips to Volcanoes National Park into the peak of Mauna Kea as well as a visit to Kona brewing company and Greenwell Farms Coffee. Excellent shopping and restaurants nearby. But the best part was waking up each morning to the sunrise and just lounging by the pool when we could. This was an absolutely perfect trip. ##### Hershey B. The neighborhood was quiet which made the backyard very peaceful and a great place to relax. Inside the house was modern, clean, and very spacious. It was very well stocked and super comfortable to stay at with the family. The pool was super nice, kitchen had everything needed & more. Even when the blender didn’t work they dropped one off same day! We paid extra to heat the pool which was worth it. The vacation property was exactly as pictured and advertised. It was spotless and had everything you could possibly need for a Hawaii vacation: pool toys, snorkel sets, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, board games, smart televisions, and fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The property managers provide a comprehensive guest guide book and were very responsive to any questions/issues that arose during our stay. The spa controls are somewhat confusing to run, we initially thought it was not working. We contacted the property manager and he responded via text almost immediately and had pool maintenance there within a couple hours. It would be helpful to include more detailed pool/spa instructions in the guest guide book. It would also be nice to have garage remotes available to make it easier to park rental vehicles in the garage. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!! ##### Jaycee H. The home is absolutely beautiful and surpassed our expectations. The only thing to note is because this is a new neighborhood, it doesn't appear on most maps, which can cause confusion should you use a ride share. When we return to the big island, this will certainly be our first choice as to where we stay. ##### BEN T.
