« Ce ryokan offre une plongée dans le Japon traditionnel, l'espace d'une nuit. Le personnel est prévenant et adorable, la communication passe bien malgré leurs compétences en anglais limitées, tant ils sont impliqués ! Les chambres sont superbes, les yukatas et kimonos fournis permettent de se mettre immédiatement dans l'ambiance. Ne ratez surtout pas le onsen, ils y en a un pour les hommes, un pour le femmes et un troisième mixte que vous pouvez réserver très facilement. N'hésitez pas à dîner...

« A really old-fashioned Japanese onsen experience like nothing else. We ate in the Japanese restaurant one night and French the other evening. The food was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable but old fashioned. I would highly recommend the room with a private onsen - we saw tanuke (Japanese raccoon dogs) approach whilst we were bathing which was a really special experience. We hiked to the ridge (5 hours return) through a beautiful forest. »

"Dès la réception ce fut une catastrophe. Aucune aide pour le transport des bagages dans cet hôtel soit disant 4 étoiles. Le réceptionniste me demande de choisir l’heure du petit déjeuner avec 2 créneaux horaires 7h-8h ou 8h-9h je lui indique 8h-9h et là il me dit que ce n’est pas possible. ????. Il m’annonce que la wifi ne fonctionne pas à l’hôtel et il me demande de payer ma chambre alors que j’ai déjà payé en ligne. Aucune attention aux clients et pas capable de lire correctement la fiche client. Arrivée dans la chambre il se dégage une odeur, les lits sont durs. Rien n’a été dans cet hôtel qui n’est loin d’être un 4 étoiles. Il faut revoir votre copie. "
