Aug 19, 2022 Liked: Staff & service Disliked: Property conditions & facilities コロナ禍での大変な中、スタッフさんの接客は良かったです。 施設に関しては、たまたま諏訪湖の花火が見れて良かったです。 ただ、てっきり部屋から諏訪湖が一望出来ると思ったら、本館の部屋は諏訪湖正面側に客室が向いていないため、次回はパレス館の眺望がよろしい部屋に宿泊をさせていただきたいです。 全体的には悪くないですが、老朽化している箇所や、部屋の備品等、見受けました。 パレス館の2階が朝食会場になっており、朝食後、諏訪湖の方へ散歩をしようと「パレス館にもフロントがあるのかな？」と思い、パレス館の1階にいくと、導線が全くわからず、1Fに入っている会社に入りそうになってしまいました。 特に、パレス館に関しては、施設の宿泊者の導線をもう少しわかりやすいようにしていただければ幸いです。 ##### ??
