The resort worked out perfectly for multiple families with young kids on vacation together. Everything was as advertised and even though the weather was unseasonably cold we had enough to keep us occupied. The large house was spacious and the small house was perfect for what we needed. We were able to rent the extra building for a party and it was perfect. We didn’t have any issues and communicating with the host was very easy. He would respond to any questions we had within the hour. I highly recommend this rental to anyone who has a large party. The second house smelled of sulphur and was uninhabitable the first night. I contacted Jonathan and he gave some advise on how to remove the smell, but it didn't work. He refunded one night's stay for that house and had a handyman out the next day to do a temporary fix. The main house was perfect for our needs and everyone enjoyed the pool. The game room was a big hit with everyone and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Overall, this is a nice place for a large gathering and I would recommend it. There were a few issues this year which the host was very responsive too - sulphur smell in the small house and plumbing in one of the bathroom in the main house. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the arcade room. We all enjoyed the new entertainment shed - putt putt, music and cool lights. ##### Lyndsey S. My elderly parents whom live in Palm beach gardens were able to join us each day. Everyone loved the pool, sauna, game room and even had a little dance party in the barn. Also celebrating a special birthday. The house accommodated our group wonderfully. The pool was wonderful. The back yard was perfect for the Olympic Games we did. The game room was fun for all. There was plenty of room for us to eat, relax and enjoy spending time with family. The grandkids loved the game room. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
