Room was very clean, staff friendly but took four calls and a day for them to fix our tv.

Rooms are really clean and spacious. Staff is also helpful. Everything was connected internally so did great help during winter. The only thing that I didn't like was wifi services not available for all the guests. You needed to pay.

It would be very nice in the summer and fall when the vineyards and orchards are active. We were there to have dinner at Pearl Morissette which we enjoyed immensely. We also found the Upper Canada Cheese Co. which had wonderful cheese tastings.
Very quaint town close to many wineries and orchards. Great hiking at Ball’s Falls and close to attractions like Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-The-Lake
jordan station is a quaint town close to the hotel and worth the drive to get there
We had selected this hotel for a wedding and were very disappointed with referring this hotel to my family and friends who also had a very poor experience with the rooms and cleanliness. For $250 a night we should have gotten a five star not 1 star.
Jordan Station is an amazing little town. This hotel was close which is why I chose it. Should have picked rooms in Jordan as it was a sweet little town.
