Spacious studio unit located on the second floor of a 2-stories multifamily house. The studio offers one queen bed, living room area which includes sofa bed, a coffee table and a brand new 50inch smart TV, dining table set, one bathroom, interior closet and full equiped kitchen. Free WiFi available for our guests. Washer and dryer available with no extra fee.

Getting Around

Union City is a hidden treasure located on the other side of Lincoln tunnel. Transportation to NYC is minutes away. You can be in midtown or downtown Manhattan in approx 20 minutes via either bus (2 minutes walking distance), ferry or PATH train. Walk to shops, great restaurants and bucolic Reservoir Park in Weehawken.

Check In and Check Out

Check In and Check Out can be done independently. Check In time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is at 11:00 AM. We are flexible and as long there isn't a conflict by other reservations we will always try to full fill your request.

Parking

Parking without parking permit is prohibited in Union City. All guests are welcome to use public parking lots around the area. If you prefer to park your car on the street, we offer a temporary parking permit that is required. Please note that parking permit allows you to park on the street if there is a free parking space. It does not guaranty specific parking space.
