"The property was nice and the room was mostly clean. There were leftovers still in the freezer section of the mini fridge from the last guest. The bed closest to the bathroom squeaked when you sat up against the headboard. And the property map for escape in case of a fire on the back of the door had the wrong room. It said 217 and we were in 208. Geoff was very helpful. Pool looked warm and clean. Fire pits looked just like the pictures. View was pretty. Room heating and air conditioning worked really well. Door lock was great. Parking was free and there was plenty. Location was good."

"We were checked in by a very pleasant staff member.We were asked whether we would prefer a downstairs room with two queen beds as an option instead of a king bed which we had booked as this was upstairs and the facility does not have a lift. This was appreciated. When we asked for information about an activity we had planned the next day, we were assisted by Marie who was very helpful and informative.She gave us a lot of insight into the local area and recommendations which we found very useful. The room was spacious and had easy parking. Enjoyed the breakfast. We would definitely recommend and stay again if we returned."

"The room was clean and stylish. I looked forward to a great sleep every night. I did not wake up in the night. I liked having carpet on the floor. I did not need to ask for an iron and ironing board. There was coffee and tea in the room, but I prefered the morning breakfast with its wide choice. Really delicious; waffels,wheat bread, white bread, warm biscuts, sausage gravy, sausage, yogurt, cerial,oatmeal, eggs, danish,fresh fruit to name a few. The grounds were in good shape. At that time they were remodeling the front office it will be fresh ad beautiful soon. The pool was pristine and heated. We had to leave eariler, the maid was surprised she had us down for two more nights. That was the maid for room 214, to be exact. Because of her talking to us we rmember that we should inform the office. They said they will do it by computer. We wanted something in writing but they said it was not necessary. To our happyness when we returned to Japan there was already a refund in our bank account. This is a trustworthy company. No redtape and weeks of waiting. Traveling was over, our experance is still being enjoyed."
