There are 4 bedrooms downstairs. The Master (1) bedroom with a king bed downstairs. Bedroom 2 is bedroom with a queen bed downstairs. Room 3 has a two queen beds. Bedroom 4 has two queen beds downstairs. Bedroom 5 has a two double beds and two single beds There are 3 full baths. Golf Course Community stay and play golf, community pool. One story home. Very easy to get around. Very close to shopping malls and the beach. Garage is not included in the rental. South Hampton golf course is one of the finest golf course in Florida. Another home is available across the street for booking when a bigger group is coming. Easy access to the interstate and restaurants. Available for longer stays as well. License Agreement Terms and Conditions In accordance with the local laws, community rules and regulations Guest acknowledges and agrees that this is: License Agreement Only: When a guest agrees to make a reservation the guest agrees that the guest enters into a license agreement to go on the property and enters into an expressed license agreement between the Host and Guest. Exterior noise emanating from within dwelling or other improvements including without limitation, talking, singing, television, radio, cell phone, speaker, shall be maintained at such a volume that the noise is not audible beyond the boundaries of the Lot or Building Plot from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Any Guest deemed to be in violation of this policy shall have their license revoked and will be required to vacate the property. Acknowledgment: By proceeding with this reservation, the Guest expressly acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement creates only a license agreement, not a lease or tenancy, not a transient use or transient occupancy and that the Host retains full legal possession and control of the Property at all times. I say “almost great” as it had a lot going for it, but also a few thing to be be desired. It was clean in the important areas (beds, bathrooms) , but we spent a little time cleaning the washing machine, grill and sink to make the grill cookable and remove musty smell. The outside trash was overflowing when we got there, but they did get it out mid-visit, so maybe we just had bad luck. Kitchen had plenty of plates and pans. Could have used a few more glasses and bakeware, but overall very sufficient. Communication was up and down as well. Promptly sent the door code (most important thing) but didnt send WiFi (we found it), trash instructions or checkout procedures. Took 12-24 hours to answer questions, but also stayed out of our business, so I guess it just depends on what you are looking for. Area is definitely peaceful. ##### Jennifer M.
