They anticipated every need, handled every detail with care, and made us feel completely looked after. They arranged seamless airport transfers, organized fantastic tours, and were always available with helpful suggestions and genuine hospitality. Their professionalism and kindness elevated our trip in every way. This is an excellent hotel, with fantastic staff - without exception. Big thanks to Abdulrahim, my room cleaner, who not only did a great job of keeping my room immaculate, but managed to reunite me with something I’d left behind in my room before I had made it out of the front door after checking out. Top marks for everything in the hotel.
