804 Ocean Boulevard is an elevated 6 bedroom home, absolutely oceanfront where the beach is just steps off the back of the house! Your private boardwalk begins just off the back deck. This home offers two covered porches, an open concept living area with two story windows providing ocean views from every level! Spread over multiple floors this six-bedroom, four-bathroom house comfortably accommodates 12 people. The kitchen has granite counter tops, double oven, breakfast bar with bar stools. The dining table seats 12 and is located next to the kitchen bar offering additional seating. The living room has comfortable seating for gathering around the TV as well as a second sofa/sitting area looking out over the ocean.

On the third floor there is a den with a pub table, comfortable sofa, large flat screen TV, 3 additional bedrooms which includes the Primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

For outdoor living there is a covered front porch, 2 ocean front covered porches; one with outdoor dining. On the top floor there are 2 open sundecks.

This home has complimentary wireless high-speed internet and a HULU subscription on the living room TV, all other TVs are streaming only. All bed linens, towels and starter kit/toiletries are included. 1 towel set per person is provided. Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals. **** Starter kits/toiletries include small dish soap, small dishwasher detergent, 1-2 kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, TP in each bathroom, starter size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bar.****

We wanted to let you know that the City will be performing a beach renourishment project from to enhance and preserve our beautiful shoreline. While the work involves moving sand to widen the beach, it will primarily take place around low tide hours and should have minimal impact on your enjoyment. You may notice some equipment and hear occasional beeping from trucks during the day, but beach access will remain open and safe throughout the project. We appreciate your understanding and are confident you’ll still have a relaxing and memorable stay by the ocean!
