Beautiful House w/ Private Beach!

Anyone looking for a summer beach house?
Good size house with three bedrooms. First one has a king bed as well as a pull out single bed. Second room has queen bedroom (plus a futon) and the third room with two twin xls that can be moved together to make a king. Plus we have a big living room with three couches. Patio room has been completely renovated for the outdoor/indoor experience. New full bathroom and fun party bar! Patio room has three couches and there is plenty of room for air mattresses. There are two full baths in the house. The entire main floor has been recently remodeled. Private beach access is directly across the road. Two other access points down the road as well. One is wide enough to drive ATV down to launch a jet ski. Less than 1 minute walk. Totally private and lovely. Pets allowed. Kitchen is fully equipped. Also includes the use of beach chairs, towels, and bedding. Washer and dryer in basement. Charcoal grill, fire pit and beach chairs also for use. Location is Wide Beach. Just past Evangola state park and before Sunset Beach. Thanks!

Beautiful house. Plenty of room. Would be better with door at the top of the stairs to basement. Musty smell travels up to the kitchen. At least a gate for safety.

Good spot. Although in the listing it states that there is a hot tub.. and there is NOT… this was the primary reason we booked the spot, so that was a bit disappointing. Also there was quite a few visibly dirty items in the kitchen and bar area. Other than that the place is nice. Would definitely recommend to others.

Amazing Beach House!

Family reunion with 5 adults and 2 teenagers, we had an amazing time! The beds were all very comfortable, plenty of room to sleep with clean nice pillows and linens. They have everything to enjoy the outdoors, lawn games, beach equipment, a nice charcoal grill, we literally spent all our time outside! We would love to come back next year!

Beautiful home!

My friends and I stayed for Memorial Day weekend, and the house was perfect! Nice neighborhood, good access to the beach. Very easy check in & nice host. A lot of amenities in the house. Lots of beds/couches to sleep my group of friends. The house was very clean and we loved the outdoor/indoor room with the garage door! The bathrooms are updated and beautiful! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Hard to believe it was a work trip

Karrie is an amazing host! This is the second time that we have stayed here for work. It's hard to believe we were working while enjoying this beautiful home. Everything we needed was in the house. Beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen with all of the essentials, extremely comfortable and welcoming. The neighborhood was great for walking and the beach is just across the street Can't wait for our next work trip

Couldn't have picked a more lovely location to work from! Very clean and comfortable. Hosts was very accommodating in our arrival and departure times. House was well equipped with everything you might need. We can't wait to return!

Relaxing getaway

Very relaxing , clean house in a peaceful location with wonderful caring neighbors. The host was great, and easy to communicate with. The lake is a very close walk across the street. We visited to see Niagara Falls for my parents anniversary and it was only an hour drive. Close to Buffalo. Aunt Millie’s restaurant bakery is a must!! We will definitely be back! Thank you (:

Serene location, house feels unfinished

House is partially updated with awesome showers and renovated garage space (an indoor/outdoor room). The basement is sketchy and the stairs open right off the kitchen and garage entry. There is a front entry that is in disrepair but is closed off from the main house (leaky roof). The beds are a mixed review. Twins and queen beds were great. The futon is too hard to sleep on and the king-size bed is overly soft (to the point of discomfort). The floors in the house are squeaky so there is no tip-toeing around which was an unappreciated surprise to teens who wanted to sleep in. The kitchen is small but the appliances are nice. There is poison ivy growing all over the trees in the backyard so this may be a concern if you are traveling with little kids or a dog. Overall, we would still consider renting again if the home renovations are completed. The owner was really helpful and the location was quiet with wonderful (and easy) beach access.

Great Getaway!

Quiet, sweet Home to Rent

You can tell a ton of work has been done to this sweet home. It was very clean. It was a perfect home away from home for our extended family. We all had our own areas to relax in. We all gathered in the garage area and outside area in the evenings for some family games. Our kids absolutely loved being in the beach. We had many fires, explored the area and got to know some neighbors. Can’t wait to see the final touches completed on the house!
