« La maison est tellement mignonne, bien organisée, propre, décorée avec goût et sans défaut de construction. Dans la ville de Chester, la plus charmante vue depuis longtemps. Petite plage et bassin d'eau pour les plus petits avec des restaurants et boutiques dans le village. On peut facilement faire le trajet à pied (2 km). Bill er Sandra feront tout pour que votre séjour soit inoubliable, et il le sera! Je recommande chaudement. »

« We had such a wonderful time at this wonderful, lovely cottage by the sea. We loved the historic charm of this beautiful home! Claire is the kindest, friendliest, most helpful host ever! The location is outstanding and the view out of every window looks like a picture postcard. Peggy's Cove is the quintessential seaside fishing village and we loved every minute of our time there. We would love to come back and stay again! »

« My aunt had a friend who stayed here. I looked at it online and fell in love with it. I had to stay there and I just did. It is private, steps from the ocean, so clean and comfy and beautiful inside and out. I would love to go back, just when it's warmer so I can enjoy the outside amenities more. »

« This was our second stay at Legacy and both times have been terrific! Everything we needed to enjoy our week. The grandchildren loved playing in the yard and frequent trips to the beach. « IF you want something private and beautiful this is the place. It is off the beaten path but well worth it. Getting to see deer every day was amazing. You can even roll down your window and talk to the them. It was exactly the peace we needed. The view is breathtaking. »

« The cottage was spotless and very well appointed. Especially the kitchen: came supplied with both pod and drip coffeemakers - and coffee along with some other staples. Communication with the owners was clear and timely. While the property lot runs down to the sea at Western Shore, the cottage was not truly "ocean front". It is set back from the ocean a bit but we could sit right beside the sea. Lovely! »

« The Lodge is a nice place to spend a few days, lots of room, a great kitchen to prepare meals in, four bedrooms with comfortable beds, three bathrooms and a convenient location. We enjoyed our stay! »

« Nous avons passé 2 semaines merveilleuses dans le cottage de Matthias. La vue est tout bonnement splendide sur la mer. Le cottage est bien équipé. Les seules (petites) déceptions viennent de la vétusté du matériel . Certaines prises ne fonctionnaient pas et n’ont pas été réparées malgré la promesse de le faire, et nous regrettons aussi de ne pas avoir vu Matthias le propriétaire. Les seuls contacts que nous avons eu étaient par messages. Mais nous repartons tout de même ravis de notre séjour. »

« Beautiful home! Ultra clean! Floor to ceiling windows along the entire front of the house! Perfect views of the bay every day, regardless of the weather. Secluded, but there are neighbors behind. The host was amazing. So welcoming, so friendly, kind and helpful. We arrived late on a rainy, foggy night. Too late to stop at a store. « Wow! Whalesback Cottage was the Nova Scotia oceanside escape that we were looking for. Our own private space – no traffic … no crowds … and the only sounds were the waves hitting the rocks. We spent countless pleasant hours watching the tides change the view … scanned the ocean with binoculars looking for the whales folks see occasionally.
