Awesome hotel excellent lobby area with look out. Beautiful decor. Spacious room which you do not find in hotels in North America.Great breakfast buffett which starts at 4am till 10am. Buffett had lot of choices. Strongly recommend anybody going to Cairo. Will surely stay again.

I have travelled a lot around the world and have stayed at 5 & 6 star hotels and I have to say this property and the staff who work in the hotel are one of the best I have ever experienced. From reception, concierge, room cleaning, and room service, it was superb! If you are looking for a 6 star experience, this is the place, thank you Kempinski and Staff❤️

this is a perfect hole in a hole wall, I am 10/10 , comfy bed everything works in the room small fridge with drinks . cute balcony, outstanding customer service, location 10/10 I would love to stay at this place again

Excellent property. Two floors, newly renovated. Customer service is amazing, they let us checkout late and we’re there for make our stay amazing. We were lucky to have been there on NYE 2022 as they had a big celebration.. gifts for guests and free dinner and entertainment. The breakfast is great, the chef is amazing.. and breakfast has a great pyramid view :)

Extremely special property. A little difficult for tour operators to find in Maadi though. Staff extremely helpful and their attention to details and the success of our stay was fantastic.

My stay at Nut pyramids view was amazing. I loved the fact the hotel was just steps away from the pyramids. The view was stunning and the breakfast was very nice. I found the Steigenberger El Tahrir by accident after arriving late at night and after a long journey. My original accommodation unbeknownst to me and which was booked online proved to be unsafe. It was a scary room in an empty building. I was so fortunate to find the Steigenberger nearby and that it was not completely booked. I felt safe and taken care of at this property. The property is over 100 years old which is unique itself however the famous politicians, celebrities and guests are another nice added feature. The best however is the service and location with views of the period from all over the resort. The Moghul Room restaurant has the most flavourful Indian food and the 139 pavilion had a great buffet for breakfast and dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel as the best and only place to stay in Cairo when visiting!

Newer hotel clean rooms and best views from upper floors and roof top deck was great. Staff were extremely friendly and the airport shuttle was a good choice. They provided nice tour options for nearby attractions.

This hotel is very old and very dirty. It is also unsafe and dangerous. The hotel uses smart locks for all its rooms, and the codes are all the same. The code is simply your room number plus 35. Therefore, you can imagine how easy it is for anyone to enter the correct code and gain access to your room at any time. The hotel is also staffed by dishonest and immature individuals.
