"Noisy beep from the elevator can be heard in the room. And unfortunately doors don’t keep noise out. Bed super comfy. Staff wonderful. "

"We had to pay extra to use spa facilities like the sauna and jacuzzi. In addition after I payed extra to use the spa, one of the sauna rooms was out of order and the hot tub was not hot. It was luke warm at best. "

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can imagine the hotel would be extremely busy in peak season due to it's location but as we were traveling early April it was fairly quiet. "

"It was quite comfortable. Room was a bit noisy - had an annoying bathroom fan which stayed on all night ! Good support from the staff e.g. arranging a taxi. Good location - at the port. "
