Located in a quiet area and surrounded by nature, this is a traditional single-story villa, perfect for a relaxing holiday in Ibiza, with stunning sea views. The bright and cozy living room has access to the terrace and private pool, and is equipped with a fireplace, Smart TV, air conditioning, and two Bose Bluetooth speakers to enhance your stay. The fully equipped American-style kitchen also has direct access to the terrace, ideal for outdoor meals.
The villa features four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and outdoor access: one with a shower, another with a bathtub and fireplace, and the last one with a shower.
Outside, the villa offers a 13x4 m pool, spacious terraces, relaxation areas, and two outdoor dining areas, one next to the pool and another with a gas barbecue.
It is located 3.5 km from the beach, 4 km from Sant Josep de sa Talaia, and 3.8 km from Sant Agustí des Vedrà, offering privacy and proximity to the island’s main attractions.
