"We enjoyed our stay at Chez Jerome on our trip to Easter Island. Jerome and his family are wonderful people and so helpful. We were met at the airport with Lei's and just a short ride to Chez Jerome. We hired Celine to show us the island and she is a wealth of knowledge. She’s an incredible person and took care of us like family. Great room and a delicious breakfast daily. We made a great choice . "Very basic accommodation but the owner is very nice and does the airport transfer for you. You can hire a car from her but no bikes. Wifi is only in the reception area and works pretty good. "

"The property was in a good location. Being picked up at the airport upon arrival was great. Manager did not speak english and failed to mention that dishes for the kitchen were actually in our room. We were not told in advance about the cultural show. There was only a sign in Spanish on the day it took place, so we missed it. The batheoom was extremely small. No bar soap or shampoo available. "This is a small, family-run hotel. The setting is a little rustic, but so is all of Rapa Nui. The room was perfect for one or two people. It is a 15 min walk to the town. There is ample parking for cars. It is quiet (except for a few chickens -- island life). The owner picked me up at the airport, and drove me back a few days later. A safe, clean, reliable place to stay at a good price."

" It’s poor location, all the taxi drivers did NOT know the address, Can’t get hold of the property owner when I have questions, no internet, no phone. No name on the property. The stove had only one can ignition, kitchen had NO light bulb, shower curtain dropped down; sink in the bathroom did Not has hot water. Owner Only provides one hanger. A lot of street dogs , could NOT feel sleep, and access the property, dogs Barks, wake us up. "

"Location was perfect. The property manager Tito was great. He picked up and droped us off at the airport. Explains how everything worked in the cabin even arranged tours. Also room has Air Conditioning. It's not a 5 star hotel and could use a bit of updating. Great price point and location."
