They will help you with all of your arrangements from rental car to excursions. The breakfast was included in our booking and was a great variety, including custom omelets. "A 10 day trip to the island made all the more enjoyable by the hotel.... A little basic which suited... WiFi coverage like the rest of the island... Hit and miss but no real issue... Limited facilities and services and breakfast OK if a tad on the bland side..... That said the staff helpful and down to earth.... The Ritz it's not.... But 10 out of 10 for trying "

"This is a small, family-run hotel. The setting is a little rustic, but so is all of Rapa Nui. The room was perfect for one or two people. It is a 15 min walk to the town. There is ample parking for cars. It is quiet (except for a few chickens -- island life). The owner picked me up at the airport, and drove me back a few days later. A safe, clean, reliable place to stay at a good price."

"We had a good stay. The staff made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room, which was one of their newer, better ones was stylish and comfortable. The biggest complaint is that there was a lot of noise from barking dogs and crowing roosters in the immediate surroundings at night (this is probably common at many other hotels on Easter Island, which has a large dog and chicken population). The location, however is close to the park and the shore and only a few blocks' walk from...
