He is available 24/7 to help or answer your questions through whats app. Starting with easy pickup at the airport (included) through being permitted a a later checkout and ride back to airport. Our basic room had twin beds with air conditioning. Our breakfasts were substantial and delicious and varied each day also included. Cristian who served us breakfast was friendly and conversational. Hotel was centrally located and reasonably priced especially during the high season. I highly recommend this hotel and well worth your consideration. "

"Going to Rapa Nui my expectations were low in terms of what to expect but the bed was comfortable, hotel room was spotless, and I had hot water, a portable AC unit, fan, and power. Breakfast was free, and I was happy with it. Hanga Roa is very small and it was super easy to walk everywhere from the hotel even in flip flops. What was incredible was the hotel staff. Genuinely some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever met and were patient with my broken Spanish. It was super easy to check in, and they gave me my room early and let me check out late with no problem. "
