"Hotel beautify situated, views were great, staff was almost universally great and friendly. Beach equipment was dated and some were kind of shoddy (eg no pump for inflatable SUP so it was too low pressure to stand on) swim fins with broken straps. Food at beach was not really available (waited >1 hr with hungry kids before we gave up on our order) Most importantly I was not pleased that this reservation did not include numerous service fees that were not included the expedia reservation/payment. Resort says this was disclosed at time of booking but I cant find that disclosure. It was certainly not prominent at the time of booking. Expedia barred the amounts of these fees from my review when I tried to post initially but there were several of them and they were not negligible or based on any extra services I received or requested. "

The fitness and wellness facilities are exceptional. The pools all offer the absolute best views. And Surf has dishes to please even the most discerning urban traveler, a destination in itself. "Wow, wow, wow! This rental and ocean view is absolutely beautiful, amazing, stunning, and breathtaking. The name of this unit is Halfway To Heaven I was truly in Heaven staying here. Everything was great!. Natalie the owner was so kind and welcoming. The bed was super comfy and the place is stocked with everything. It was so incredible to wake up to the beautiful ocean view and swinging in the hammock was so relaxing. This is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. I had a great vacation in Bermuda!"
