I personally loved the breakfast which was grilled salmon rice, beef sukiyaki, pork soup etc. but that was offered as the default option daily. Food in the restaurant was very competent too - offering a mix of Japanese & Western dishes like pasta and pizza, beers on tap etc. Just a 5min walk to the Couples Shrine and overall the highlight of our family trip to Fukuoka.
