« Wanted to stay. Arrived late. Tried the lock box code sent. Tried 10 times. Didn't work. Texted. No reply. Called. No answer. The house (lived next door) was dark - it was late. Didn't want to knock. Didn't know what to do. So, had to get a hotel. Communication the next morning was, "code was [this.] Don't understand where you got the other code." Showed her screen shots of where I got the info. No apology. But, did get my full refund. Not going to give a bad/great review cuz we never got to...
