« Very clean, comfortable beds but flat pillows. No onsite staff. We had to check in and out by video. Very thin walls, we were awakened by amorous sounds at 6 in the morning. Not what we are used to. »

« Staff was great and very accomidating, only issue was breakfast was mediocure even for big chain hotel, 1st day nothing was warm let alone hot. Also the AC/Heater didn't really fuction well, could not get warm. »

« There were multiple issues with the hotel. Some were outside of their control such as the power outage and the hour check in time from down systems after the power came back. There was only hot water on half of the time during my 3 day stay. The room cleaning was very minimal if they came in at all. On a positive note, the hotel has a very nice fitness center and the front desk staff were friendly. »

« The hotel itself was nice however, the breakfast buffet that you pay for in your reservations on the site is not. And it is not kid friendly when you’re traveling with a nine and 10-year-old. Will not be back. »

« Hard to say something positive. Mainly a management issue. 100$ caution cash …even when the room is paid in advance … per room ! No receipt just pay, and that was the welcome we had after 30 mn waiting the return of the clerk. Coffee in the morning was was just sock juice and no shampoo just lotion in bathrooms… great feeling when you wash with lotion. The smell in the corridors are not even describable, awful ! I know it was a middle price room but honestly I had the feeling is was more a one...
