« I called before I made the booking. They told me there was plenty of room in their parking lot for my U-Haul truck. I booked it when I arrived. There was no room in the parking lot. The desk told me to park across the street in a gravel lot. When I did, I realized it belonged to the automotive chain and not to the hotel. « Chambre sale, pas de petit dej et même pas un café. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre immédiatement. Le responsable est venu et m’a proposé directement celle d’à côté. Celle ci n’ayant pas de poils/cheveux dans la baignoire, nous sommes restés. Pour une nuit ok, mais vraiment pas plus. »

« Clean room! Only thing I can share is the blanket on the bed is thin, not like a comforter. Although it didn’t bother me I know others may prefer to be prepared with their own blanket. It was a nice stay! »

« We were very pleased. Very family friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffet was really good. After spending the day at the children's museum it was nice to come back mid afternoon, kids swam and mom/dad relaxed. Having dinner at the hotel and cocktails ended a perfect day. »

« We had to have our sheets changed because they were dirty and the room itself you definitely keep your shoes on. I have to say though that the staff was so so friendly and accommodated the sheet change immediately. »

« I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She »

« We booked on Expedia and at arrival, the staff at the front desk was high and would not check us in. He stated that the system resets ever night and there was no reservation. We were told we could call the company number and book another room. I was charged through Expedia and am now not being given a refund because the hotel won’t answer. Expedia also attempted to call that night several times and they wouldn’t answer. But I am not given a refund which is unacceptable. »

« The room was not clean at all especially the bathroom. The front door handle of the bathroom was broken as well as the shower water handle. The trash cans were ugly, stained and dirty. They used a pen as a handle for the toilet roll paper. The hallway to the bottom floor rooms was not vacuumed. Shampoo/body wash, conditioner and lotion were cheap. I would not recommend this hotel at all. »
