However in the morning there was a handful of them crawling everywhere, especially in our belongings in the bathroom. While staff was kind, nothing was done about it. It wasn’t cleaned and we were given points for the inconvenience. »

« Listing isn't accurate. No poolside bar. Pool didnt have a gate around it and wasn't usable. Staff were not helpful and confrontational when we asked questions. Very unprofessional. »

« Check in was horrible. They said that they have problems with booking through expedia, saying that the digital card they sent them would not clear for the room and they said its always haooens with expedia bookings. I have never had that problem with any of my previous expedia bookings so not sure if its just a problem with the hotel system or not. They made me cancel my expedia booking and rebook through them. « Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. »
