Hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles mais 2 les chambres sont dan dans un mauvaise état . Beaucoup de Russes avec une très mauvaise organisation hôtel is so bad rooms not clean it is not 4 stars only 2 stars is good for this hotel . lots of russe Come to this hôtel. you have to speak russe

Would I stay again? NO. I will start with the positives. The staff was friendly and nice. Food was challenging. Do not expect gluten-free bread options or vegan milk if you come from the UK. This hotel is classified as a 4* hotel, but it's more like 2.5* in Greece. The rooms all have some defects, and the cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Free Wifi, forget about it. Even paid Internet is a problem. Beach offers every day. Massage Photoshoot Fresh paid fruit juice Trips Ice cream Melon - avoid at every cost. Also, Egyptians have unrealistic prices. The prices are much higher than in London. :) I understand you have to negotiate everything, but it's tiring on holiday. The first massage cost me the same money as I pay in London. £50 per 50 minutes. I found it extremely expensive. Then a lady told me that's the first one, and you pay £25 for the next one. Melon is £5 or $5. Be careful about the photoshoot. The photographer is fantastic, and I enjoyed the time with him. Lovely pictures. Rest of it, find out on your own. I want to say "Thank you" to Aisam and Aymon at the reception, Monsef in the restaurant, Mejit in the hotel store, Raul, the photographer and Sherrif from the photoshoot studio, and Heba at the Spa. They were all nice and professional, and of course, the towel boy on the beach Aymon. All nice people. They looked after me well the entire time. Even though I met all these lovely people, I would not return to this hotel again. Good luck!

Avoid!!!
This place was not good. It was very dirty - both in public spaces and in the rooms. There was a hole in the wall of our bathroom that went into the unknown. The staff were either aggressively hunting for a tip or horribly, horribly rude. The other guests were horribly rude. Dining is like a cattle stampeded - literally. Guests are elbowing one another, cutting the line, etc. We traveled during Covid and the other guests and staff took no precautions, and actually taunted guests who were wearing masks. You have to pay by the hour for wifi service.

Wristband all inclusive was surprisingly OK for. a 2 night stay. No Wi-fi except in lobby and beach m which is annoying although there was WiFi in random places including my room which surprised the staff! Food average but edible and no side effects. Booze was a bit rough but overall good vfm.

Big hotel with loads of facilities. Meal times can be hectic but a good choice of food. Hotel shows its age in places and needs some modernisation. Good value all inclusive

FRAUD ALERT: NO in-room internet!
When I booked this hotel, it clearly advertised in-room Wi-Fi (for a fee), and this was listed on my printed reservation. Since I was actively teaching an on-line class during my stay, I would NEVER have booked this hotel had it not advertised this service. Sit in a busy lobby area to do my work? Not my idea of fun, especially not when I'm on vacation! But that's exactly what I ended up doing. Worse, it took me three days of frustration TRYING to get the in-room service to work--which it did for a few minutes or half an hour here and there--before I figured out that "really," there was no in-room service (due to wall thickness, inadequate number of routers, etc.). Most of the hotel staff spoke English so poorly that it took a while to get them to even understand my question. When I finally asked to speak to the hotel's IT manager, he informed me that the hotel does not have in-room wi-fi! Then began a heated battle to get a refund of the money I had paid for the non-existent service. Staff were perfectly willing to refund the money, but only if they canceled my ability to use the wi-fi AT ALL, even in the lobby. Only when I showed the front office manager my PRINTED reservation stating that there WAS in-room wi-fi, and threatened to report the hotel to the Tourism Ministry, using words like "false advertising" and "fraud," did he agree to "check with the manager," at which point I became loud and obnoxious and FINALLY got my $20 back without cancellation of lobby service.
Had to pass this lovely site to get to room!

I det store og hele et effektivt hotel, der er lidt slidt på det ydre. God hygiejne i forbindelse med buffeten og altid friskt salatbord. Stor effektivitet hos personalet i forbindelse med at rydde af bordet, så der blev plads til de næste gæster. Manglede imødekommenhed i forbindelse med ankomsten i receptionen, men det blev der rettet op på i forbindelse med en evaluering af hotellet.

Bästa hotellet!
Vi är otroligt nöjda med vår vistelse i detta hotell! Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Rummet var väldigt fräscht och städades dagligen. Showerna var underhållande. Barnen älskade poolerna, och vi hade många valmöjligheter. Maten var god, men behöver nog lite variation. Hotellet ligger mitt i stadens "centrum", perfekt läge. Många restauranger och butiker runt omkring, nära till allting. Vi kommer definitivt att besöka hotellet igen under nästa semester!

الشاطئ جميل والالعاب المائية لكن تعامل الفندق غير جيد بالرغم من حجزي عن طريق موقع هوتيل وإدخال عدد الافراد 4 مع طفل عمرة 9 الا انهم يقولوا بان موقع هوتيل حجز لك عدد 3افراد مع طفل وتم زيادة في المللغ بحجة اضافة فرد زيادة مع انه معي بفيد بان الموقع حجز عدد 4-مع طفل ومناحله معهم بدون فائدة تم دف المبلغ لهم

الاقامة رائعة والخدمه ممتازه ولكن السلبيات كانت في ان الغرفة ذات اثاث قديم وغير مجدده والسباكه عطلانه ..ولكن الاكل والمشروبات بوفرة والحمامات للسباحه متنوعه والخدمه متوغرة كما ان عيد ميلادي كان في اقامتي وتم الاحتفال به من ادارة الفندق ...ارجو الاهتمام بالحمامات العامه والتنوع في خضروات الغداء

En god ferie
Vi havde en dejlig ferie, i alt 7 overnatninger. Hotellet har egne strande og et mindre badeland. Vi oplevede god service. Vi fik værelse tæt ved aftenunderholdningen, hvilket medførte en del støj om aftenen. Hotellet var slidt og især gulvene var beskidte, også lige efter de var blevet vasket. Værelset var rent og nydeligt, men tæpperne kunne godt trænge til at blive støvsuget.
