Sleeps up to 7\. Located just off Pacific Coast Highway at the border of Huntington Beach and Newport Beach. New custom home features 1 Master Bedroom Suite and a total of 3 bedrooms with 4 beds (1 King, 3 Queen) plus 2 pack and play portable cribs. The 3 bathrooms are served by a tankless water heater, and there is a heated outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. We also provide 200mbps (down) mesh wifi, A monitored security system is also installed and can be turned on or off at your option. One of the best surfing beaches in the world is nearby. Both Orange County Airport and the Disney Resort are less than 30 minutes away. The kitchen is ultra-modern. There's a regular oven, a combi oven, 2 sous vide machines, a high-end induction hob, an 18,000 BTU gas wok burner, a pressure cooker, rice cooker, and a high-end BBQ grill with rotisserie. There's a fire pit on the front patio and another patio in the back for dining, next to a gorgeous designer pool, large spa, and pool-length stone waterfall. WE HAVE AN ADDITIONAL LISTING FOR THIS SAME HOME THAT INCLUDES A 4TH BEDROOM WITH BUNK BEDS, EXERCISE EQUIPMENT, GAMES, AND A HOME THEATER SYSTEM.
