« This is a great tiny house to stay in. First off there’s not too many tiny houses that offer a king size bed that is not up in a loft area. With the king size bed in the room it is a little tight walking around, but you’re hardly ever in the room anyway. The kitchen is very functional if you need to cook or do anything like that which I do and it was great. Would sit on the outside patio do a little bit of work sitting outside and enjoying the evening. If you’re looking for a nice little weekend...

« We stayed here for the solar eclipse, and I can tell you that the pictures of this property don’t do it justice. Yes, from the front it looks like an overgrown shed, but I assure you it’s so much more than that! Inside it’s airy and spacious with room for everyone to hang out together. Where it really shines is on the multiple level deck off the back of the house which overlooks the river in the distance! Incredible views of the sunset from the comfort of your own rental property! « There were 7 ladies and we had a wonderful time. The listing had that there was a pool maybe just an error otherwise everything was perfect. Unfortunately the pontoon was down for repairs but maybe that saved us from sunburns lol my friend loved the king bed so much that she ordered one online as best of sleep in years just awesome »

« Lots to do in a remote location. Pool was nice, an outdoor playground and trails. My 6 yo grandson and I throughly enjoyed ourselves. Wifi is extremely slow, ATT was weak and no TV in room. But still a good time »

This tiny home was perfect for two, just what we needed for winding down at night and freshening up in the morning before heading out to explore for the day. « My husband and I celebrated our 9th anniversary and we love the hill country. Great location with several wineries nearby. Close to Dripping Springs and Hamilton Pool reserves. The property was beautiful. Even at night with an overcast, it was quiet and pretty overlooking the town lights. We explored the 15 acres. Morning coffee time was quiet and relaxing listening to the birds all over. We will totally stay again. »

« The property and the long weekend could not have been better. Everything needed from the kitchen to toiletries were provided and more. Had a great time at the Wineries, Pedernales Falls State Park, and local shops too. »

« My bridal party and I stayed here during my wedding weekend, and everything was perfect! The house is just as pictured and is well-stocked. The beds were super comfy, and it was the perfect place to relax in the evenings. I would highly recommend! The location can be slightly tricky to get to, but everyone got in and out fine. »

« Hosts were as friendly as can be in order to respect privacy of guests. We got an unanticipated crustless quiche that stretched to a couple of breakfasts. My birthday was on the day of the solar eclipse and Billy insisted on getting me a birthday cake and even went gluten-free for dietary needs. Wildflowers were abundant and beautiful this time of year. Chickens and deer roam the property for entertainment value. »

« We had a lovely, relaxing time. The house was well stocked with everything needed, switches and cabinets were nicely labeled, and coffee was provided which was a nice touch. The owner was very responsive to my questions, and kindly accommodated my late checkout request. The home is at the back of a cove, great for sticking our feet in, but the park with open swimming was only 5 minues away. Lots of deer, and it was fun to watch them play. Our family had a nice time. »

« We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and quiet. The only issue I have is the listing said it sleeps four. In reality it only sleeps 2-3 adults. Two kids could probably fit on the futon as it is about the size of a twin bed. Other than that our stay was great and we had a lot of fun at the Bluebonnet Festival. »

« My husband and I had a great stay in the Adelyn Suite at Mustard Seed B&B. The property location could not be better! It’s close to the river, city park, and downtown with a coffee shop, restaurants, distillery, local beer and fun shops. We walked everywhere. While close to everything, the property was quiet and serene. The suite was spotless with nice linens, a comfortable bed, and well-equipped kitchenette. Coffee, tea, pastries, cereal, milk and juice provided. Perfect for a couple! So many...

« We had a great stay here. Dinner was walking distance and had live music. We rented a boat at the marina and kids had a blast on the lake. Probably our favorite activity was fishing off docks (you can rent poles and worms from marina). My favorite part was sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. I texted with “Vacasa” frequently and they were not very helpful or forthcoming of what I needed to bring (spices,foil,Tupperware,etc..) and was told no Christmas decor in the home (despite listing saying it had decor on VRBO).
